Montrie Auction & Estate Service helps individuals place values on their property. We also work with attorneys and fiduciaries of estates that need an appraisal report for probate. Jade Montrie has earned his Certified Estate Specialist (CES) designation through the National Auctioneer's Association. He is also a probate approved appraiser for Lucas, Wood and Ottawa Counties.
