Thank you for your interest as a fellow real estate agent in one of our upcoming Auctions!

How do you get paid?? Here's how:

  • Educate your client on the value of the property.
  • Attend the Auction with your client.
  • Submit a written opening bid (form provided below) no less than 48 hours prior to the Auction.
  • If your client is the successful buyer and closes on the property, your brokerage will receive 2% of your client's high bid, not including the buyer's premium.

*Exclusions to compensation: If our brokerage, REAL ESTATE SOLUTIONS, has had any previous contact with the client regarding the property.
